As we previously mentioned in another article, support for Windows 10 is coming to an end. The final cumulative update for version 22H2 marks the end of the road for this operating system.
Starting from October 14, 2025, Microsoft will stop providing free updates, including essential security patches.
The impact on your machines and your company
This means that while you can continue to use your PC, you will be exposed to increasing security risks and may encounter compatibility issues with new software and applications. Keeping your computers updated to the latest operating system versions is always the wisest choice to ensure they remain functional, efficient, and safe from unwanted external attacks.
We are well aware that for many companies, especially those that have developed custom software for complex machinery, transitioning to a new operating system is not a trivial task. That’s why we at TPole offer targeted solutions.
Possible solutions and TPole’s support
If you need to stay on Windows 10, we can help you migrate to Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021 (21H2), for which support will end on January 13, 2032, providing a long-term solution. Alternatively, if you are ready for the future, we can assist you in the transition to Windows 11 IoT LTSC 24H2, which guarantees support until October 10, 2034. Our expertise is at your service to make this transition as simple and secure as possible.
