Bespoke products for special needs

IP54 Stainless Steel Box
One of our clients asked us to develop an industrial computer using a stainless steel cabinet with ventilation using IP54-rated filters. The system had to guarantee a maximum internal temperature of 45°C at full load. Among the client’s requests was also the requirement to be able to define the maximum ambient working temperature for various installation types.
Riser Card
To optimally house all components inside, we created a custom “riser” card that also provides control for the cooling fans’ functionality and supplies auxiliary voltage for peripheral boards. The final solution includes custom mechanical support and personalized wiring. All the aforementioned thermal parameters were verified with the usual testing in our burn-in chamber. Noise limitation required an in-depth analysis in the choice of ventilation to meet the client’s specifications.
