In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblowing, an email address (segnalazioni@tpole.it) is available for receiving internal and external reports. For anonymous reports, a form is available on the Contacts page by selecting “segnalazioni” from the drop-down menu and using segnalazioni@tpole.it as the email address. The Company guarantees confidentiality, protection of the whistleblower’s identity, and absence of retaliation.
The Company encourages employees, collaborators, and third parties to use the dedicated email address for reporting any behavior that does not comply with the Code of Ethics. Every report will be examined seriously and impartially.
