In recent years, and especially since 2015 with the Paris Agreement on climate change and the adoption of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the importance of sustainability and its impact—not only economic but also environmental and social—has grown significantly.

The increased visibility of ESG has led to a rise in investors and consumers seeking companies that are increasingly concerned about the effects of their activities.
In this context, TPole, aware of the importance of respecting and protecting the environment and society—not only for its own success but also for its clients, stakeholders, and future generations—has decided to embark on a path of sustainable growth by integrating specific policies that define principles, guidelines, and values that guide and inspire every decision and action taken.

Code of Ethics

TPole believes that ethics is a fundamental aspect for the proper functioning and credibility of the company within the entire economic and social context in which it operates.

To ensure operational fairness and respect for integrity and ethical values by all personnel, TPole has approved a Code of Ethics, which is binding for all recipients in the exercise of their work activities, in relationships between colleagues, and in dealings with third parties.

This code serves as a tool to establish the conduct guidelines to follow and identifies the rights, duties, and responsibilities that the company has toward those with whom it establishes significant relationships, while explicitly stating the ethical values that inspire the organization.

Environmental Policy and Workplace Safety Policy

Alongside the approval of the Code of Ethics, TPole has also approved the Environmental Policy and the Health and Safety Policy in the workplace, confirming the company’s commitment to greater sustainability.

Specifically, the Environmental Policy guides the company toward greater responsibility in the use of resources, ensuring better care and protection of the environment as a fundamental component of quality of life.

The Health and Safety Policy in the workplace reflects TPole’s commitment to ensuring workers’ well-being by establishing a series of principles aimed at preventing accidents and occupational illnesses, with the goal of eliminating and/or minimizing risks associated with various activities.
