One of our strengths is the ability to design and produce systems that include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hardware and microprocessor-based control systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auxiliary boards with specific functionalities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firmware, applications, and operating systems tailored to the aforementioned hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical systems such as chassis and carefully calibrated cooling systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bespoke products for special needs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The strength of total customization often allows us to work with clients who have needs, sometimes unusual, for which only a custom product can offer them a functionally correct and, at the same time, economically advantageous solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IP54 Stainless Steel Box<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>One of our clients asked us to develop an industrial computer using a stainless steel cabinet with ventilation using IP54-rated filters. The system had to guarantee a maximum internal temperature of 45\u00b0C at full load. Among the client&#8217;s requests was also the requirement to be able to define the maximum ambient working temperature for various installation types.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpole.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Computer-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpole.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Computer-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34269\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tpole.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Computer-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.tpole.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Computer-1-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.tpole.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Computer-1-244x183.jpg 244w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Riser Card<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>To optimally house all components inside, we created a custom &#8220;riser&#8221; card that also provides control for the cooling fans&#8217; functionality and supplies auxiliary voltage for peripheral boards. The final solution includes custom mechanical support and personalized wiring. All the aforementioned thermal parameters were verified with the usual testing in our burn-in chamber.
